We will be sending out essays regarding the topic we are going to discuss in the QQ group. But if you want more information, search online or refer to some books to get an overview of the particular topic we are going to talk about. And it is the best if you could form your own idea before the meeting starts.

There is no need for you to be an expert in the field of our next topic. But try to get as much information as you can, and you are always welcome to ask questions during the meeting.

• Academic department: which is in charge of setting of meetings, like gathering background essays of the topic before each forum, and writing feelings and knowledge they get from the meeting.
• Publicity department: which is in charge of building up publicity and social recognition, like website management, social media management, and marketing
• Administrative department: which is in charge of setting and determining the next move of the group, and the management of each team member
