Things I learnt while teaching kids:
(Order is irrelevant)

• Always do some preparation before any class
• Kids are kids, they need treats and punishments
• Kids prefer playing than reviewing what they learnt in class
• Repeating is necessary when teaching
• Kids don't know they are learning for themselves and do cheat sometimes
• Preference is the least wanted in classes
• Basic stuffs like how to keep good notes should also be taught

Things I taught my students:

• Pronunciation of combinations, vowels, and combinations
• New way of memorizing English words, instead of just rotting
• Improve reading, listening, speaking ability
